Beverage cartons have the lowest carbon footprint in their core categories of milk and fruit juice packaging.
Recycling
All the materials used in beverage cartons are recyclable. In 2012, 39% of beverage cartons in EU-27 were recycled.
Forestry
100% of the paperboard produced in Europe for the manufacturing of beverage cartons comes from paper mills that have an FSC certified chain-of-custody in place.
Resource Efficiency
The beverage carton industry now produces 40% more cartons with the same amount of wood fibres as 20 years ago.
